I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your installers for the window replacement you just completed at our home.

Our old windows were very ‘tired’ in looks, security and efficiency. Now, all that’s changed. The house looks new and we are looking forward to saving a ton of money on our heating and cooling costs. As the price of natural gas and electricity escalates, we believe that the investment in these new LowE SQ windows will pay dividends now and in the future.

We are impressed with the material and workmanship of the units and expect them to give years and years of great service.

We are especially pleased with your installers. Not only did they show up when they said they would, but they worked quietly, efficiently and were extremely cooperative. They were very polite, cordial and were excited to tell us about our new windows including features and how they worked. Except for the brand new windows, you might not know they were there.

We have had various contractors doing jobs in our house during the last year or so and all of them cleaned up after their work. No one cleaned up like Rami and his crew. In fact, he might have done a better job than our regular cleaning lady.

I would have no problem in recommending Penguin Sales to others.
